Screening

When asked for referances, I also include acouple of the ladys that have decided that I am on their own personnel DNS list, and try to include why (if I know) and that they are a negative review of me. Just as YMMV with the ladys for us, YMMV for ladys with us.

Hey, I know that I am no way near a "perfect ten" and I understand that some of the ladys have standards just like we guys do, and we all can have a better time together if those standards are close.

I never balked at screening. I use date-check and p411. The only issue I would have is if they wanted employment verification. Sure I can give them a number to call but it will be either me or one of my 16 employees that answers. Does that defeat the "rules" or not? Originally Posted by bladtinzu

I have both p411 and Date Check accounts, and am White Listed 6x on TER. I'm always happy to provide references too. But I own my own business and there's no way in hell I'm showing my Drivers License or letting a lady know where I work... just saying.

I have guys contacting me giving me fake info here. Whats up with that. I cant see them, so why waste each other times with fake ass info.

Perhaps this has been discussed before and I missed it. The past few days have seemed like a constant replay of the same scenario. I get requests for appointments but when it comes down to screening the gent balks for some reason or another. I hear everything from I have provider references but I don't want you to contact them to they don't feel comfortable giving various info. So guys please tell me what screening you are uncomfortable with. I know this varies from person to person but is there a option providers don't commonly use that You would be more comfortable with. I am an established provider and have been for years. I don't understand why I am still having issues when it comes to screening. Originally Posted by HeatherNicole

Why would a provider pussy block a traveling gal. Makes me sick. They live there for crying out loud. Traveling ladies are moving on to a new town.

Sorry had to vent, its so bad when the local men have to give traveling ladies another traveling gal as a ref, because their local ladies are not team players.

Now I do understand why some gentleman don't want to give provider references. I used to look down on this and thought well they must have something up their sleeve if they don't want me to contact the other ladies.....

During the Holidays, I noticed a trend that caused me to change my screening habits. When I got references from a certain couple of ladies in a certain area, bingo the hobbyist would always last minute cancel on me with a lame excuse. (We've heard them all, trust me)

Most of my friends are coming from P411, I check a couple of "special" sites online; and I am no longer asking for provider references. What happens between me and the gents is our business. I will continue to gladly give provider references, I am a member of P411, DC, & RS2K; but I am no longer asking for provider references for discretion's sake.

I did meet with another lady who follows this same screening method and got tips from her and it's working splendidly.
I also seem to be a "Newbie Magnet" so I am pretty used to helping gents get started off in the hobby anways. Some will join P411 without hesitation and that is very helpful.
