Delaying The U.S. Elections

I'm not sure what gives some of you the opinion that he "owned the libtards". Nobody.. and I mean NOBODY has called for the November election to be rescheduled. Particularly not liberals.. who want the opportunity to hopefully get rid of him at the soonest possible date.

Trump does not... DOES NOT... like to lose. And he's nervous...
President Trump has got out that cheap fiddle again called “The Left”

And he’s playing them again.

he's not stupid. trump is gas lighting that idea on purpose. to create an uproar to drive the dems coo-coo and commit unenforced errors which is what he wants.

you look at the dems who are saying protestors are peacefull and they're not. People see those video, and you wonder who's crazy?

dems have already made a ton of mistakes, they don't appear to be backing off from their "craziness" anytime soon.

Nancy Pelosi. but that's not going to happen because this isn't a line of succession issue as both Trump and Pence wouldn't be dead or otherwise unable to serve. so in this case since Trump was elected as a Republican the President pro tem of the Senate becomes acting president until an election is held. that would be Chuck Grassley unless of course he becomes unable to serve as acting president so it would fall to the Sec of State, Mike Pompeo. and on and on down the list as needed.

so the point of what Trump is doing is inciting the Congress not to delay the election beyond Jan 20, 2021. they probably wouldn't postpone it that far out anyway but now they can't because if Congress starts saying "let's postpone due to the virus" then their biased media lackeys start running with the "narrative" and suddenly there is this so-called groundswell to postpone. if Trump floats the idea everyone is outraged, the press goes ballistic (they did) and Congress won't dare postpone it that long because it would be giving in to Trump.

so yes Trump did play Congress and no he's not nervous.

Chump is desperate.He is toast.

The only avenue he has to stay in office is to not have an election or have it and invalidate a bunch of votes.

People don't like him.He lost the popular vote by alot in 2016 against a dis-liked Hillary,Russian help, and not having any political baggage.

His assertions of vote fraud are ludicrous. He could not win popular vote before and he damn sure can't win it now.He formed a group to explore vote fraud from 2016 because it besmirched his election not having won the popular vote and his inaugural crowd being so small.

The group found nothing and just faded away.

We need to encourage voting. They can do more lenient mail-ins easily. It helps our democracy and helps with this pandemic.

Chump is already trying to call the outcome into question cause he knows he going to Lose !! Originally Posted by sportfisherman

I don't think his tweet was any part of a master plan. I do think as soon as he saw some very Republican pundits calling his statements treasonous-- he decided it was best to walk them back under the "Just kidding guys" umbrella.

He's a fairly smart man in business-- but he's proven he doesn't always know how government actually works over and over.

Welp the nuptials are now complete. Election is habbinin, for better or worse. All Ya'll said so. So let it be written. So let it be done.

He has/had no idea whether or not an election can be delayed. That would require him to read a book once in a while.

He was releasing a trial balloon while he was tweeting from the toilet - hoping that it would be well received.

It wasn't and never had a chance of being well received.

He is desperate to not lose and to cling to power. He is destroying the GOP brand. They will rue the day they failed to bury this asshole in the primaries.

We all knew he was a egotistical vulgarian before he got elected. What we didn't know - or didn't appreciate - was how utterly incompetent he was at understanding governance.
