For some reason (and I'm DWP so I haven't analyzed it), the medical model doesn't work with legal services, no matter how logical it seems it should.

Sounds like an economic stimulus. If it could get going, it might take off. Maybe the health insurance folks could ad that to the portfolio, and then they could recoup some costs from the health insurance overhaul.

But if you have had certain legal problems in the past would they cover it, or would they call them "pre-existing conditions"?
