Was in Htown on a fun trip with my other hobby and got text message from some dude looking for a provider I had spent time with. When I said no, he repeated the request along with a fairly detailed description. Again I told him I did not know her or her phone number. May not be the sharpest knife it the drawer, but not rusty steel.
Then I got a second text of the same ilk from yet another dude. Same ending.
When I returned to SA, I pm'd the provider and she has no clue what is going on.
The other day a provider I was preparing to see texted me that her phone app went wonky.
Now I read this and suggest to all who use some sort of phone app that you might want to double check your security as this monger suspects those using some sort of an app may have had their app's security penetrated.
Again, I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but I am not rusty. Background includes network communications and computers which also means a little knowledge about activities that don't fit.
YMMV
