Kosher, skip the sides and buy three meats. As everyone has attested, the brisket is top notch. IMO, the pulled pork is also top notch. Pork ribs are third. And the sausage? Meh, good sausage is good sausage. Unless they are grinding it and stuffing it themselves, which I don't think they do.
And the three sauces are exceptional. Make sure to taste the dark espresso sauce.
