I make the best damn devil eggs...southern style

Miracle whip
Sweet pickle relish
Sweet pickle juice w diced sweet pickles
And plenty of sugar..top w paprika

I made a batch of these deviled eggs tonight and they were delicious. You might have to add another scoop of mayo to control the thickness of the yolk mixture fyi. I like mine thick not too runny.

I always cook a whole grilled prime rib for Christmas when my all my sisters, their families and me get together.

1-whole bone in (have butcher tie up) or boneless ribeye
1-small jar minced garlic
1-box kosher salt
1-bottle olive oil

rub roast all over with olive oil
smear minced garlic all over roast
give a healthy coating all over with kosher salt
sear all sides over hot fire then set on other end of grill
away from fire to finish.
Have good meat thermometer to cook for desired doneness.

Now I am hungry

You and me both. I need something that wasn't cooked in a Campbell's soup kitchen...
