It went up...went around twice..got about 3.600 miles out..(ISS is about 250)..re-entered at about 20,000 mph.

For the relatively low cost of our space program we have wasted decades of dithering around. Where is the space station I was promised in 1969? By this time working in space was supposed to be old hat. I'm not asking for the Jetsons but we landed on the moon 45 years ago and have done little since then
