The second statement you made is not the same info. Now you are intimating that providers shouldn't send a request to dispute a review.
A person who does not fancy themselves as a wordsmith could very well interpret those two statements as meaning the same thing. They do not.
A provider is welcome to send a request to dispute a review to the staff at any time. Most of the time, it is a he said/she said situation and nothing is done. Very seldom, the investigation reveals info which requires action.
The "info" you post is very confusing to someone who does not know anything about back alley agendas. I would advise anyone with questions about what they can do to PM one of the mods listed at the top of the forums or send that email to
