What should I say?!!

A provider from Dallas told me one time that she just came out and told her mom about what she did for a living. After crying, her mom was open minded and accepting of it.

But since that's not the situation with everybody, I would say to add some other stuff to your "line of work." In addition to being whatever assistant you are claiming to be, tell them you're also doing Mary Kay, Avon, Herbal Life, or something of the sorts on the side for extra cash.

I've known a few Providers that were open about their affairs with the family.

The great majority of such were okay with what they did.

Regardless of what others comment on the board about the situation, I find it nice that the families don't shun them.
