Paying someone for their time never has and never will be illegal. Being an escort is not illegal. Being a prostitute is. If you really want to run a completely legit escort agency, you may even want to consult with the local police and/or DA's office. This thread just points out how frustrating it must be to want to do the correct thing by paying your taxes and find so many obstacles in the way. Laws against peostitution are beyond foolhardy, and this is just one reason. Alas, I fear this will not change within my lifetime.
