No employer wants that system.
It's just a theater trick...show the pass and collect $200... that's it. It's not going to be verifiable without a bit of leg work and employers barely check that shit now... and at my level, they aren't going to bother... you are either a valid hire because of your knowledge or you aren't... degrees and all that other shit are meaningless at the interview. The company I work for is requiring full vaccination by the end of October. That includes the 14 day window and we have to upload a picture of our vax card to a company database. I can say it's definitely being verified as we've had people fired for fake cards. They're also requiring vaccination for vendors who come on campus also.
