In all honesty I have wondered the same thing. I've been to them in different states and cities. They are known by their advertizing on sex sites and reputation. They are usually very obvious. They can (and probably are) often involved in sex trafficking or else why are the women usually Asians and non citizens from outside the US and moved often from place to place? For variety? why Asians? better question is "why Koreans", who dominate the industry. why move around? some of it is variety, but most of it is conflict with other ladies, personality clashes. you are confined to a small work space, with several other ladies, all competing for the dollars that walk in.. any business with that metric would feature employees bickering and fighting among themselves. the industry is made up of a small group where everyone knows one another (largely), you hear your friend is making more than you, at a Spa 2 blocks away.. why not jump over there? the ease of entry and exit (as Economists call it) is so great, ladies can leave on a whim.

In my area LE has a lot going on. A few dudes getting HJ's is not a high priority. But eventually they will bust them to knock it back for a while. It takes time for extra service to start being provided again. But it does return and eventually grows enough to be stamped out again. In my area I have never heard of more then HJ. Currently most do not give any extra, beyond a crappy rub.

In Des Moines, Iowa the AMP's mainly just do massages. The gal might lay her head on your chest and make orgasmic noises while you jerk off. I think they must send women here who do Massage but aren't interested in sex work. HJ can be found but it isn't common and FS is like hens teeth and they never last long. We do have AMP type women in hotels that are providers. They keep the sex and massage business separate.
Recently, because the police can't get evidence of sex acts at the spas, and they like to scare church ladies with human trafficking stories, they have been telling the landlords that there is prostitution and trafficking going on there, and some have evicted the Spa. Kinda stupid when your strip mall is half empty. Stupid to take the word of the police too. But the police probably imply some liability, now that we've told you, to scare the property owners.

In CA the PD has way too much to do. FS is fairly easy to find. Police mostly act upon complaints, if tehre are lots of complaints, there will be a raid soon.

There are spas in every large strip shopping center. Just be wary of your surroundings and keep your spinny senses up and you will be fine.

What happened to Korean women when the Japanese occupied indicates the level of exploitation that doesn't go away. Japanese trafficking of Korean women continues to this day. You can even see this in porn in which most of the "Japanese" AV models are really Korean. And you say Korean women aren't trafficked. Hogwash! In some cases LE is very aware but it becomes a matter of control. If they shut in down it jiust moves the problem elsewhere. So they may insist on procedures that minimizes health issues and they monitor the environment to some extent. And for their efforts there may be financial considerations.

Dallas AMPs differ from Houston AMPs
