SR seems dead set in his opinion that it is Trump, not Biden, that is suffering from mental senility.

I have never said anything close to that. I have certainly said that Biden's statements worry me. I cringe a little bit everytime I read or hear about things Biden has said. I have also said that Trump's statements, to a lesser degree, show signs of some sort of mental problem -- constant repeating of himself, making statements that are factually inaccurate, wandering aimlessly from one subject to another when he doesn't have a teleprompter in front of him.
As of right now there is little to no evidence that Biden's mental state is keeping voters from supporting him. Maybe he'd be leading in the polls by a larger margin than he is if he didn't make his gaffes.
I continue to say, based on conditions today, that it will be a close election with a razor-thin victory margin for one candidate of the other. Just like 2016. Very little points to a runaway victory by either candidate.
