There's a very good point here.
Not everyone realizes there is a little red triangle "report to moderator" function on each post.
Us old hands sometimes forget that not everyone is a computer geek who carefully goes over the web page and figures out what all the little icons do.

hoepfully they will recognize IP addresses soon, so the multiple handle issue will be harder.
