After posting this review, I have received a number of PMs from users who have been burned by Carmen. One suggested that she stood me up yesterday as she was with him at the scheduled time. A few others have reported she has done this to them in the past as well.
So it seems that we have someone who seemed to be one of the new rising stars, but crashed and burned like a failed satellite Originally Posted by ncc72032

We are in such a small market that people are worried a negative will have repercussions.
- maybe if they had posted their bad experience, I could have avoided one myself.
- maybe if Eccie allowed NCNS reviews to exist in the review section and tied to provider reviews, it would be easier to research such information. I wonder what the average flakiness level is? If we knew it was 20% here, then anybody less than that would be considered super reliable. BP girls would probably average around 45%?
I don't like the NCNS review policies. I am going to revisit it with the owners, but I do not expect it change. However, I do understand that flakiness is the nature of the game. Information empowers us. To be able to collate this bit of data would be helpful.
Thanks for the review.
Suggest a title change. "Where in the World is Carmen LR?" Originally Posted by Glenn Quagmire

For those with limited choices, 1 NCNS might be enough to cross them off the list for good. I'm very flexible so I simply move on to plan B. Others likely don't have that option. If plan A doesn't work, they're just SOL. Our market is rather small also, which means our supply and demand is somewhat screwy.
So what works best for Arkansas?
I really want to know what changes Arkansas hobbyist's want in regards to NCNS reviews.
