ON the computer you can always use the incognito window - it is available on the browser Google Chrome. No history left - the only way someone is going to get this stuff is to pull you hard drive. HR departments have no problem building a dossier on employees just in case it becomes necessary to "show cause".
Even a small company, you don't necessarily know what they may have had someone do to the computers. I know a small business owner who had keyloggers installed on his 2 computers, so he could see literally every key pressed on the keyboard. He only had one employee.
