What keeps you from booking w/an Agency?

1) Booking through an agency is very impersonal. A first visit and screening is understandable, but if I know the girl and she knows me I want to deal and schedule with her...not a third party that adds to the scheduling confusion.

2) I was contacted by the girls I contacted prior to joining the agency. They let me know to schedule through you and I let them know that it would be unlikely for various reasons.

3) I'm not trying to book them so N/A

4) I don't care what you call yourself...you're in the middle and that makes me unlikely to book period. If I did I would not book again though the agent for repeats. Too much complication in my already complicated schedule.

They will all be given the info to succeed on their own if they want. I'm not dealing with the constant bashing and drama associated with this. I'm listening to the public here, if y'all don't like the way I'm doing business then fine. I would never hang them out to dry, I am just going to give them the tools they need to be successful independent. I don't need the stress or bad PR.

All I've done is try and give back and all it's done is bite me in the ass.
So if u want to see these women u will have to wait for them to make their own profiles.

If you take it as bashing, then maybe you should take a look at your behavior and what causes the feedback to make you feel like you are being "bashed". Some of us have long memories Leo. I honestly thought this was something SA would want, if its not then so be it. I've heard the public opinion and come to my conclusion. My questions have been answered and I'll resign from continuing this agency.

I will however keep photographing because that is my true passion. I can only hope the girls keep asking me to take their photos.

ur right DD i did ask for ur opinion about the agency not about how many times I've changed my name, ya i have changed it but for the better each time. I don't plan on changing it again. Leo isn't for everyone thats for sure. Thats what keeps my volume low and not a revolving door….

If I may offer MY opinion, even though I am NOT a client...

A few have already laid out good reasons why some men just are'nt comfortable with agencies. Something I learned starting in a Agency myself-

When your with an agency your going to appeal MOSTLY to men who use agencies, period

When your independent your going to appeal to ANOTHER whole different group of men, who use Independent girls

Ive noticed even on the boards here, there's guys who mostly stick to Agency girls, and ones who stick with Independent girls. Definitely keep that in mind too. You cant expect guys, for example, who saw you (because you were an independent provider) to be interested in seeing Your agency girls, even if YOU started it. Thats not necessarily down playing you, thats just the way it is. Men stick with what they know usually, and if they know how to book a girl themselves- why get someone else to do it? (they wouldn't!) IMO I would worry more about appealing to that group of men who DO use agencies. The ones who dont, dont for a reason and its doubtful this or anything else would change their views. However you do have an entire group of men here (that you are probably not acquainted with yet since you were independent) that DO. Dont give up so easy!

For one yes it makes you very easy to track down if "shit went wrong" with LE.
Pimping and Pandering is a 10 YEAR MANDATORY SENTENCE. Good thing for most, is its actually pretty damn hard to charge someone with that, unless ALL their girls point the figure at you, God forbid if cops got involved-
OR if you did something CRAZY like post online that your helping, booking and charging the girls that work for you- yeah thatd pretty much seal your fate. But if you decided to start an agency Id say Im sure your smart enough to have figured that out and know how to cover your own ass, IJS.

I have a very small business (in the RW) and although sometimes Id love to tell my clients here about it, so they can support me by going there (= I would NEVER in a million years tell ANYONE in the hobby where or what my business is. WHY? There are way TOO many people here who DONT like me for their own reasons. So if I know, although I do have many supportive friends here, that just as many dont like me, why in the heck would I tell them ****** Company was actually started by CandiStaxx? Those who dont like me may have very well used my RW business before and NEVER knew. You can do the same. Maybe think about how WELL business could be, if yours was just another agency opened, NO biased opinions, just a brand new agency. I haven't ever booked through an agency before so I have a bit of trepidation there to overcome. I can't really pin down why I get the willies when I consider an agency, this isn't about your agency in particular. You do have a few ladies that have caught my wandering eye. Budget is always a concern for me and I am watching to see what the amount for time really is for some of the ladies. I see an ad with one set of rates, and when I do get to see the website I found another.

BTW, your website doesn't support the TOR browser and the image links are broken as a result. I have seen the site from a normal browser when I was able to and it is pretty, but it doesn't work for me when I am at locations where the internet access is monitored or blocked. I suspect it is related to the use of java or other applets to display the images. As a result I can't take the opportunity this afternoon to work up some lust to overcome my trepidation.

Lastly, I worry about your impression of me from past encounters and drama. I don't like worry, and I don't like wondering how I am perceived from the scheduler's side. Insecurity is a bitch and she has a stranglehold on my nuts. I've tried to beat her off but then I start to like it and wind up with a mess on my hands and nothing is resolved.

I hope this is the kind of feedback you were looking for. I am trying to be open to the idea of an agency in my hobby experience, really I am.

Ok, so Leo.....I've Never met you or the other girls so I don't think I fall within the definition of a white night.

I wouldn't listed to the bashing going on here. I looked at the reviews from the guys who are bashing you and almost every single one of them has either used and agency, seen a girl who is managed( they may not know, but i do), or have seen a bp girl that has a high chance of having management. This is an open forum so all walks of life will post.

I believe the complaints are more about the rates. You and your girls do have slightly Higher rates than most...and that's ok. And dont forget that men are lazy. We don't like going to another website to schedule when you can do it just as easy here.

Don't bow out of this just yet. Keep your current customers happy and eventually you will find that people will change their minds. Your agency is only a week old isn't it? Give it some time. Are your ladies complaining? Or are they happy where they are at? If they are happy then fuck everyone else girl.

I think you need a good dicking to relieve some stress. Call me! Lol
