You should start by introducing yourself in the Welcome & Introductions - Dallas forum. You're allowed to post one ad there, so make it count. Include some pictures, state your location (something more specific than "Dallas"), best contact info. I think rates and menu are allowed, too.
Once you get some reviews you can apply for Verified status. That allows you to post in the Provider Ad forums.
Read the "sticky" threads at the top of each forum for more information regarding those forums.
