Sounds like she actually cares about her name/reputation and values her clients. Kudos to her for knowing how to handle business. There are a lot of wonderful ladies and gents here in hobby land, people that are genuinely nice. I've been very fortunate to meet a few of them.

Sadly, I think taking pride in what you do, professionalism and great "customer service" are becoming lost traits.

LL, I prefer to believe that taking pride, professionalism and customer service are alive and well, just overshadowed sometimes by sordid stories of lying. cheating and general badness and meanness. We all like to watch the trainwreck.
I've not had the pleasure of meeting you (damn foolish on my part, need to fix that) but seems to me you and the other classy ladies around here will keep all the good things alive and well.
