the divider between east and west is Congress. For example East 6th street vs West 6th street.

"Rundberg" should probably be both sides if I-35 from 183 to just north of Braker.

Below is a new map based on feedback thus far.

I probably wouldn't run the Rundberg area all the way over to Burnet, but maybe stop about Metric or a little earlier.
I'd also set the western boundary of Central a little west of Mopac by a couple of blocks, use the first hilltops or Balconies/Exposition as a dividing line. Maybe the river as you get further south.
Just some additional thoughts, but otherwise, I can live with these definitions.

I'll let the experts work on the map.

But we also need to work on the ladies to use it or the map is only useful reading reviews. I'd like to see it used for showcases.
