I read the title "Which provider is youngest in San Antonio" and it never even occurred to me to think the OP was looking for under 18... Just goes to show, that just like High School or old ladies in church, people will turn anything into drama even if they have to stretch for it. OP nothing wrong with your title, ignore the hen house.

The assumption that someone is of age simply because of the inclusion on a website can be dangerous. Especially since the offense we don't discuss is a strict liability one.

All that said, I have no idea why the OP wants a younger looking provider. Maybe he's 20 and looks young. Who knows...
