History seems to indicate that each party only gets two years before the citizens vote the current politicians out of power. When we have a democratic president, the republicans regain the majority of congress after the first two years of a democratic presidency and vice versa. All this so that this country can continue to do nothing right. That is why we are in the economic sesspool we are in now.
