OP. Let me also say that you are not doing anything wrong. I don't use P411 because I am not sharing my employment info with anyone. I have acontacted several ladies and got no response. But, have contacted several other ladies and have gotten a response. You just have to work at it. I think it's best to initiate a contact with a provider via PM instead of cold calling.
