I'm guessing you're not reading the meaning of my statement correctly. I am in no way disparaging any ethnic group. I am simply stating the cold hard truth of the systemic racism that exist in this country. Blacks in particular are far over represented in our prison population. ask any black men out there that you know if he has been pulled over for DWB and I'm willing to bet money the answer is yes.

to put it another way this is simply another aspect of the divide-and-conquer strategy that the powers that be have put in place. As long as there are always separate groups that are opposed to each other, we can never unite together as one human race. Nationalism, siding with different sports teams, different racial groups etc are alll methods of keeping us separate.

Check out NPR's series called "Guilty AND Charged" about this. You know 44 states now allow defendants to be charged $ for using public defenders? And if you don't/can't pay the bill you can go to jail for that even if you were acquitted of the original crime. Land of the free!
