I have had a guy fake it with me. He was drunk and couldn't get off. After awhile I asked him if we could take a break because it was starting to hurt. He said, "I'm about to do it, wait a minute." Then he acted like he was getting off. There was NOTHING in the condom. I asked him if he was all right, he said he felt like he had to fake an orgasm or I would think he was weird. I told him it's fine, sometimes you just can't bust a nut man.
