either way ...it's dead wrong. A man can subdue a woman easily when on top of her especially. Im 5'7 and as much as I think Im a big billy badass , and can take on a man, I remember that one drunken night in college wanting to "take dick" from a male friend, I only ended up getting CREAMED, and not in the good way, lol.

Bottom line is it's wrong, and if it was that serious, backup should've been called. Yet he seemed to be on a power trip...

Well, the matter should be referred to a grand jury, but I don't see much prospect in going that route.

Wow, I've got to say, that the officer in question does not come off as looking like he was justified.

Granted, it's a short clip, but she seems to be pinned down. At first she's clearly trying to fight him, but then she stops, and he hits her three more times.

If she threw the first punch, so to speak, he might get away with some days off, but he's definitely going to be hearing more on this incident.
