Winning anything at the fair is worth at least a quarter million, since that is about what it takes in tickets to play, before you actually win.

A giant banana, I would estimate the value at somewhere between $250k-$500k depending on what game you won it on.

You might want to see if any providers would be interested in trading a session or two for your massive banana? Be prepared though! Rates have gone up, what with all the free-flowing wealth pouring out of Nigeria into the U.S!

A few years ago, I was selling a used car on CL.

Got the typical scammer email.

Only instead of deleting it, I played.

They sent me a check, drawn on a US bank account for a major corporation for 2K more than the car was worth and did the typical, please cash and Western Union the over payment.

I claimed I never got the check (postage was about a buck and it was sent from Canada meaning it was international and the FBI won't bother, I know because I called them asking about it).

I also called the bank it was drawn on and talked to someone in fraud. They said the only one who would be in trouble if I cashed it was me and they WOULD come after me if I cashed it.

I keep it as a souvenir.

At least they had to pay to print the check and postage to mail it....

Damn just my luck This week all the winners are in the DFW area,,,oh well
