Turnoffs :

Low rates is number one. My big head tells me there is a reason the price is too low.

Bad grammar and spelling make me think she is stupid or lazy.

Updated Photos, even if it's one from a cell phone in the bathroom mirror.

A GOOD ad has everything I need to make a decision about visiting a provider

1) Photos - several, not tons, and (if possible) a mix of candids with the glamor shots. Reality matters.

2) Rates - simple uncomplicated list. Not a list of options that would make a car salesman proud. I respect the ladies' choice to charge whatever, but simple rate plans makes for simple choices.

3) Availability - 24/7 is RARELY the reality. Be honest about when you'd like to take appointments, and with what kind of notice.

4) Services - the acronym list is nice to avoid having that conversation about "two consenting adults." Fact is, guys shop for specific services, so make it easy. P411 has a wonderfull feature for this.

5) P411 or other pro screening. References are time consuming AND counter-intuitive for a ladies' business. I'm sure it's all one happy sisterhood, but asking new provider X to call provider Y that I've seen in the past or I am a regular of, and ask her if it's OK that she steal her business seems cumbersome.

6) Contact methods: phone, email, pm, etc. Those that respond, win business.

7) Location: Just a general area is perfect. It helps me coordinate my time and availability.

8) All of this in ONE place. Clicking for MORE info is cool, but the basics should be within the ad.

A well-filled showcase here can provide all of the information above, too. A website is nice, if it has the deatils beyond the ad. Links to reviews are nice, but research is going to happen anyway, so it's not a must-have.

Things on the Red Flag list: poor spelling and grammar, ASCII text wackiness, links to BP ads that won't be there tomorrow, only glamor pics, no face pics, social drama or desperation, or trying to fit the whole ad into the title.

Don't tell me that WE (clients) are once again trying to tell the escorts how to do their jobs better?

I mean, I read that ranting from one provider who posted 4 times as much as any other provider in the thread by Introuble who simply asked a question about why some providers don't offer an option.

I agree with what others have said here regarding real, recent and candid pictures, or as I like to call it "proof of life", a concept which takes it a step further. What pulls me in is seeing real, recent and candid pictures, particularly if they are taken in public places that can be identified as an actual location in the DFW area (that is NOT at/near your incall, which would be be attracting the wrong kind of attention to your incall area).

Example: A candid picture of you at a well known local bar or restaurant, sports venue or city landmark. This tells me that you are [A] a real, actual 'regular' person and not a picture of a pornstar, model or amatuer flasher that will be found on TinEye and [b] that you are actually and currently in the DFW area and not a picture (taken off the web) of someone else who may be a real gal, but who is actually located in any area but DFW. This "proof of life" assumes you are already posting other face pictures and is especially useful if you are new to town or to the hobby scene.

But as Dennis Miller used to say, "Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong."

1. Rates - don't tell me to see your web site. I'll move to another ad.

2. Incall location - I don't know why all these Arlington and FTW girls put ads in the Dallas category. Also, don't make me contact you for your approx incall location.

3. "North Dallas" has become too broad. It seems to include everything from Uptown to Frisco. Addison, High 5, DNT/Keller Springs, 190/75, 190/Preston are all examples of an approx location.

4. Weekend lineup category is for providers AVAILABLE on the weekend.

5. Amen on a few pictures. I really want to see Berk sometime but the 20+ pics should be in a gallery or yahoo group, not in the body of the ad.

6. Smartphone access - Lots of us use smartphones. The longer it takes to load, the less likely I'll wait.

7. Amen to comments about f'ed up fonts or wild use of caps. If u want us middle-aged 6 digit income hobbyists, dont try to communicate to us like we're thugs.

8. If you're CBJ only, find another line of work or advertise it.

9. Consider P411 discounts. I don't understand why a provider wont trade security and no hassle ok's for a few bucks. Is it really worth it to make $25-$50 more for chasing down 2 references?

10. Consider adding an hour for marginal extra $$. $300/2 hours seems fair. The hobbyist gets some real F2F time, realistic intimacy and the provider gets more total $$ than otherwise. For a single appt.

I'll answer this post in a somewhat different way.

If you are trying to advertise on BP or some other service which allows for only one sentence to describe, then there are certain words that I suggest you use which tend to attract me to the ad.

Seductive, sensual, naughty, passion, variety, king, prince, tease or teasing, your. (you always want the ad to be about HIM)

In the ad itself, you can enhance your portfolio by using full sentences to describe the emotions of the event. For example:

"my goal is to create passion and excitement unlike anything you have experienced"
"I hope to make you feel like a prince....an exhausted prince."
"I will share my sensuality with you and leave trails of our experience in your mind and soul."

I prefer facial pictures to be serious and intense rather than something out of a high school yearbook.

I prefer body pictures to show assets but also to give an impression about how those assets will be used. For example, I really like pictures where the woman's upper body is naked and her breasts are pressed against something, like the bed or a table. This image makes me imagine those breasts will be pressed against me.

On the other hand, pictures of one body part without context are not exciting for me.
