A little over a year ago I started working out about 3 days a week...I gradually added a day until now I work out every day except Sunday. I have also added an extra boot camp and a Nutrition plan in the last 6 weeks that meets 3 times a week...and my trainer loves to kick my ass
But I am addicted now..I love it!
I have been seeing awesome results and I love the way I feel. I am NO where near my goal, but I am well on my way
I will however,quote the lovely Meghan Trainor to close...
