skismx5. Sounds like her fault. If you agree to communicate by phone then she is responsible for having a working phone. But I've had my phone die unexpectedly too. Stuff happens. Did she offer to reschedule with some kind of accommodation for your lost time? Often the important thing is not how things go wrong but how when they do they are made right. Sorry for your pain.
