dove hunting

This was last years haul on opening day of Special White Wing South Zone. Looks to be another good year this year also as long as weather doesnt show up on the 6th.

Love to dove hunt!! Got the Beretta out a couple days ago and shot some skeet. I'm a little rusty, haven't shot since duck season ended, but I'm ready to go now!!

I spent the morning cleaning guns and getting my stuff together. Im ready. Just throw my gear in the truck Monday morning ,stop and pickup tacos for the gang on the way and oh yes....got my cigars yall have a good day hunting Monday and stay safe my friends

Guess that means I'll be hearing the fireworks at dawn tomorrow morning. Although I have eaten my fair share of the little birds I haven't shot a gun since I was a kid. I have killed several on the road as they are pretty stupid and late to fly off. Happy hunting and be safe!

Lots of doves, mostly white wing, flying at our place yesterday ..My brother and I limited out before noon ...Brother in law and 2 nephews had 30 between the 3 of them....it was a good day...then had to work and put up hay...fun weekend ...
