An ashtray face would be someone that smokes and doesn't freshen up his breath before an appointment.

There is nothing wrong with being a smoker, but don't chain smoke and not chew gum or freshen up with mouth wash before a play date. Some girls wont kiss smoke mouth which takes away from GFE.
