I hate to bust a great fantasy, but it's a bogus story. I tried locating the story on a legitimate news web site and it ain't there. But what I DID find on a legitimate site is the actual mugshot the old man's photo was stolen from:

He was nabbed for killing his 80yo roommate, far less romantic than being arrested for banging young hotties, LOL! I suspect the "article" in the OP was a prank someone played on the young lady pictured in it.
