In my experience, one of the dangers of the hobby is the tendency for women to gradually, over time, link their rates with their self esteem.

The higher the rate, the better she feels about herself. This isn't a problem if a lady's bankin', but an illness or streak of bad luck can trigger deep depression that is hard for anyone outside the hobby to comprehend.

And when you're down on your luck, not too many people in the hobby will care either. It can be very cold.

OP - I think you are on to something here. Prior to being a hobbyist I hand a NSA civilian I would see. I would come over we would have some wine or champagne...just chit chat about work and life.

Without knowing your skill level, personality, and appearance, all I can comment on is your suggested rate is quite a bit higher than.the norm for this area. You may well find a market here and do well but given the saturated market that may be difficult.

Marketing of your services may be key to your success so have a well thought out plan.

Honestly, I don't know of any women who don't intuitively understand that fact of life, but some do fight it. Some are pissed off by it.
