Just what I don't want to see in a BP ad!

That very well may be the case but in my comment i said in "My" experience and what friends have told me this was not the case. I have seen multiple instances where i had thought a provider was "independent" had seen multiple times and found out they had a Friend " that watched over them whom i never saw your or heard of but was there or at least nearby scary stuff i know but just something to keep in mind. say about 20% of all providers are truly independent. Like i said you may never know it but there's usually some form of protection.
