I hear you on the annoying "other person" sounds. There is one I know of that makes really annoying baby type sounds.. I don't know how that would be sexy to a man, but whatever.

I need to work on my dirty talk too, but I'm more of a moaner.

I think it's simply a matter of spontaneous v scripted.
