So 19 teams took a pass on Moss before the Titans decided they'd take him?Supposedly they were the only team to file a waiver claim. However, this does not mean not more teams were interested. I think if he would have cleared waivers, a lot of teams would have tried to sign him for a significantly cheaper price tag as opposed to the price tag if Moss were to be picked up off of the waiver wire.
