referring a provider

To answer the original question, from your User Control Panel send an invitation to her e-mail.

You will see this near the top of your User Control Panel:

Invitation System (100 invitation(s) available)
Click here to invite new users

Click the link and it will open to the Invitation screen.

Type in the Lady's e-mail address in the place for it.

Then Type a short message to her in the appropriate place.

If she decides to register, you will be reflected in her registration as referring her to Eccie.
