Very good post, and you are you're right, only those who are active are able to add value to the conversation. How should those that aren't adding value be identified and handled? Are we creating a them-vs-us? Originally Posted by bn_hot

And when you say "who is not adding value" or "identified and handled", that is the moderators job to determine not ours.

I'll be honest, I harped on someone last month and the moderators did their job and let me know a couple times (whether it was because of the moderators or people making the moderators aware.). The site worked the way it is suppose to, There is an issue and the moderator makes the determination on how to handle. Yeah I felt and still feel I was in the right, but my mistake was not to just make my point and move on. I have since apologized to said person, (apologized for how I acted not for what I believe).

Not everyone will agree on things. Also, some people write reviews, some just don't. (writing reviews are indead helpful but are not a prerequisite of being a member of this or most forums). As long as people adhere to the TOS and Forum Guidelines and are not LE or children, they have the right to be here.

Are you saying that only true GFE providers should be allowed or reviewed on a review board? While your poll indicated that most hobbyists prefer GFE (myself included) you would be excluding a lot of providers. You would also be denying a lot of hobbyists who prefer non-GFE providers, or to whom GFE is not a requirement, from a legitimate source of information.

If I have misunderstood your post, I apologize. If I did understand your post correctly, I respect your opinion. I just hold a different one.
I think reviews staying being written in ROS & not in coed is a great start!
