A Few Supplements that Improve Your Quality of Life

The guys there all know my name, and constantly give me all kinds of information on what to add or stop taking. Half the stuff I add is only because they were there to give me all the details about each supplement. Most of them either work out, or are health information nerds that have tons of valuable advice. If I didn't feel so guilty I would order everything off Amazon. Originally Posted by Urban Dahlia

Yeah, I know most of the health books written today are written by people who work at a health store/GNC type store, but I'd also look into selling your expensive urine, since that's where most of your "supplements" end up.

Might try bodybuilding.com they are cheaper than something's at vitamin shoppe, all depends on the stuff on sale there though. I currently take scivation xtend during workouts and fasted cardio. It has bcaas, citrullne, glutamine. No stimulants and I think under 10 calories. Stuffs legit especially when cutting and fasting. Also started the jym supplements for pre and post workouts on weight days and it has been awesome so far this week. Originally Posted by Def tek

I use purebulk for vitamin C and lysine

and maybe Vitamin C?

Why do people get heart attacks?
high cholesterol? high fat diets? being ugly?

too little Vit C/lysine?
I am wondering now.... after I read all about Pauling Therapy(linus pauling)
http://www.hearttechnology.com/pauling_therapy.html

An epidemiological study published by the NIH in the year 2000 showed that adults whose blood plasma concentrations exceeded the 73.8 micromole level experienced a 57 percent reduced risk of dying from any cause and a 62 percent reduced relative risk of dying of cancer when compared to adults who consumed low amounts of vitamin C (28 micromole).
