Double Mastectomy Question

Many of you already know that I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in May of this year. I have been touring and providing here locally while undergoing six months of chemotherapy so treatment didn't slow me down too much. On November 4th I underwent a double mastectomy and will not receive my new boobs until August of 2015. I have to wait six months once radiation is completed until surgery can be performed. Here lies the dilemma.

I am in the process of getting breast prosthesis until my permanent fake boobs can be put in. I understand if you are a boob guy I would not be a good fit for you. I am trying to decide if I need to retire for eight months or if I should continue providing.

I would appreciate your honest feedback and comments. I love providing and would like to continue providing. I just need to know how you guys feel about this issue. Originally Posted by ShelbySextonXXX

Just from this post I think your a very beautiful woman. Do whatever can help you emotionally, call people of all kinds, find others close that can relate.
I ivoided reading your post cause I knew I would have to quit tearing up before ever writing something in your post.

May you always be strong. May the wisdom of the sensible always be with you! There are many sensibly experienced souls here, please ask or write any time you need someone to talk too.

I tried relaying this message to the people near me when I had/have the opportunities. All we have is each other. Nothing else belongs to us.
I'm still watching and trying to help pick up the pieces of what you know what does in our society.

Sorry I have to be so vague but its all I can do.

Just be you babe.

I'm so sorry to hear this, I hope all is going well for you since the surgery.

I think as long as you're honest and open about your situation you can keep providing. As long as there are no surprises, it's up to the gent to decide if he's interested.

The surgery doesn't make you any less of a woman. If you feel like you can still provide quality service and take care of your men less the breast play, go for it.

Good luck as you battle this hideous disease. You're an inspiration, keep living life on your terms girl. Originally Posted by lakecat

I bet you can
as Dr house said:
men are pigs. You got nothing to worry about. You know, pretty much have sex with anyone, fat, skinny, married, single, complete strangers, relatives –

Lucille: You? You’re sick.

House: So are you. I’m sure there are websites full of men looking for married women with surgical scars. So have the surgery. Please?

Why would you bump an 8 month old thread when the OP's account has been disabled? Just trolling for someplace to spread your typical mess?
