What's a girl gotta do?

I'm going to chime in with my 2.5 cents. Having a "no review policy" is a bad idea. The terms of the site say that if you advertise here (which you have) you can be reviewed. The guys who have a great time and want to see you again will of course respect your wishes. However, guy that have a less than stellar time or no desire to repeat a visit may well leave reviews that will no doubt lean towards the negative. Which will hinder generating interest.
I've never had a no review. I'm trying to stay UTR and semi private. I suppose I can ask that my privacy be respected and hope for the best.

I'm sure most will. Also I don't see reviews and privacy being mutually exclusive. You can remain fairly anonymous and be reviewed.

Actually a review has no bearing on your "UTR" status. In fact if you were really UTR you wouldn't be posting here. I know more then a few gals here who are very much under the radar yet have reviews. One of the best known gals ever on Eccie (since retired) was a college professor IRL.

In the end you are free to either play by these rules or make your own, but you can't play here on your own terms (IMO).

you need to see a well known John and let him vouch for you in the Mens Locker Room.. otherwise, it will be hard to get 'verified' meeting for lunch. Frankly that proves nothing..

and I agree with TxToast,, how can you be UTR when you are posting looking for clients?

Fact of the matter ... in my experience, very few true UTR providers ever gain 100 percent confidentiality no matter how few clients they achieve.

Most of the gents on a review board are always willing to share "just a few details" with their on-line and in-person hobbying buddies.

But, best of luck out there!

As for getting verified, more than a few providers operate here w/o getting VP status. They just don't have showcases and they are limited to very few PM storage. But they can place photos, have websites and email contacts elsewhere, of course.
I'm fine with the actual performance, rate, activities stuff. It's just the cross streets, details about things non-hobby or non-performance related that makes me uneasy.

It's a small world and some of us need more discretion, and a bit more security for whatever reason, at the time.

I understand about the free flow of information and all that. I get it. I don't plan to be a real "out there" and vocal provider in the community, so I'm addressing my concerns and wishes now.

Good suggestions, btw.

Hope everyone is having a good Thanksgiving!

Best,

Jane

unless you're 25 or under you don't need to prove age Originally Posted by rockerrick

As has been stated, you don't need to have reviews to be verified. You do need a respected member to vouch that you are legitimate.

Just wondering, what makes a respected member? Could I vouch for someone or is that a much more exclusive list than what I'm thinking. Is that based on posts, reviews, active time on the board?
That's a good question, I've vouched 3 or 4 times, ummmm not usually a respected member.
yimmerz an MIA mod once told me board presence, as in do they know you.

i did not know you can get verified without having reviews! I need to look into that as well, and I can not have reviews either.
UTR is one thing. No reviews is another, and the principle reason to move on to someone else..
1. You can get verified without reviews. The easiest way is to join p411 and to have a paid session with a reputable member with premium access who will vouch for you. If you look in the Welcome Section, there are posts about the Verification process. It's rather simple. If you're are claiming to be under 25, then they will ask for your ID. You can send with you name covered, it goes to Administration ONLY and is immediately destroyed after verification that you are of legal age. If you look young, they reserve the right to ID you at any age.

2. A VP may request a no-review policy if done according to the following Forum Guideline. You are not entitled to post ads or have a showcase, but you have all the other benefits (Infoshare, larger mailbox, VP status tag line):

#29 - Verified Providers who use the Showcase feature or advertise in our forums are not entitled to a no-review policy. Should circumstances arise which require or prompt you to request a no-review policy on ECCIE, please understand that enforcement of this policy also results in revoking of your showcase or ad-posting privileges. Ladies who have chosen a no-review policy on ECCIE may still post and create threads in any of the non-advertising forums on the board and will still have access to the girls-only areas of the board.

Hope this information is helpful.

I have seen her. Told a mod. If I am considered reputable, she should be vouched soon enough... Lol
