Where's the Fetish Line?

Ginger, I agree with you completely in that I dont consider anything a fetish just a preference. If providers and clients are on the same wavelength as far as arousal and erotic fun, love making should flow into all sorts of preferences of each without calling it a fetish. Too many gals label activities that the guy likes that are more unusual "a fetish" and charge more which is silly.
Fetish definitions:

Good providers: "Dude that sounds fun!, I've always wanted to try that!, Yes and I have my own toys!, It always get's me off!, Teach me?"

Bad providers: "You just want to rub my feet? And not have sex? You know that's a fetish right sweetie? So it's gonna cost extra....."

Will it leave a mark?
Will I bleed?
Is it beyond unsanitary?
Could I die or incur serious bodily harm?

If the answers to all of those are no, then I am game.
