At what point does an appointment request become an actual appointment?

If a time and date have been set, and you both know exactly where you are meeting then it is confirmed. Some guys hesitate because there are so many gorgeous women lol. Cheers.

Once screening is done

Man: hey whore, can you suck my dick at 4pm

Whore: yes.

Man the shows up, blows load on whores face and throws money down on dresser or face and GTFO.

It's literally that fucking simple. But noooooo, you whores what my people contact your people for lunch to have a premeeting for a meeting to set up a time to fuck your throat.

Even though I've been on hiatus for awhile, I can't help but wonder when seeing a lady became rocket science.

I call 1thickblonde and set up an appointment for 6pm and she gives me her address.

Appointment set and confirmed.

Then when I arrive at her incall or outcall another phone call or text is made for a second confirmation.

I just hope that one providers (not 1thickblonde) lame ass excuse for no showing doesn't screw up things for everybody else. Originally Posted by DEAR_JOHN

That's the way this thing is supposed to work.

For some strange reason I have a problem with the clients who pre-book appointments a day or 2 ahead of time. About 75% of the time the appointment never happens and this shit gets old. We agree on a day, time and place. To me this constitutes an appointment. The day of the actual appointment rolls around and I never hear back from them at all. I have blocked off a 2-3 hour window depending on the appointment length, turned down other clients, and gotten myself all ready for nothing. To me this 'I didn't actually confirm the appointment so it really wasn't one' is a crock of shit.

I'm pretty sure If I agreed on a day, time and place to meet with a client and then the day and time of the appointment arrives and he hears nothing from me it would be considered NCNS. I'm also pretty sure he'd be pissed off as well, especially if he had arranged his entire day around being able to get away and meet, all for nothing.

I have more problems when booked more than 1 day in advance. I don't get butt hurt about it. If I book on a Friday for a Monday or Tuesday appointment, any number of the hooker's older relatives could die over the weekend, causing her to cancel for the funeral. Either that or I get bumped for a dude who wants full price multi hours. Whatever. The Latin Agencies can always solve blue balls. As long as the cancellation is at least an hour or two in advance with an apology and offer to reschedule I don't mind.

The one that pissed me off was when I was in the car heading to the appointment 18 minutes before the time that was scheduled days before, I get the text that she couldn't check in to the hotel that early so we have to cancel. Not reschedule, not push it back a bit, just cancel.

In Texas, the elements that are generally required to create an enforceable contract:

(1) An offer;(2) Acceptance in strict compliance with terms of the offer; (3) A meeting of the minds with respect to both the subject matter of the agreement and all of its essential terms;(4) A communication that each party has consented to the terms of the agreement;(5) For a written contract, execution and delivery of the contract with an intent that it become mutual and binding on both parties; and(6) Consideration.
Angelou v. African Overseas Unionl, 33 S.W.3d 269, 278 (Tex.App.-Houston [14th Dist.] 2000, no pet.).

The client then replies back and asks if I am available the next day at 6pm and gives the area he wants and incall in. (No, no actual address is given, lol, but the intersection of 2 highways is requested).

Offer.

I reply back and tell the client that I am available at 6pm and can provide incall at Hwy X/Highway Y. I ask him to please confirm or cancel no later than 4pm the next day.

Counter offer. Takes the original offer off the table. No contract.

Also there was no communication each party had consented to all terms.

When he didn't respond promptly that was your first clue things could go wrong.

The question is whether the location without an exact address is a meeting of the minds as to all essential terms? Reasonable minds could differ.

I'd recommend confirming day, time, and place (address) before calling it a date if possible. It avoids uncertainties.

If people would just treat each other with common courtesy and respect (i.e. responding promptly -his fault not yours) this thread wouldn't have even started. But then if that happened all the time most lawyers would be out of a job.

If you ask me his loss.

I've seen you one time and it was amazing.

If you ever decide to do incall on the north side again or publish outcall rates pm me. I promise we won't have any of the problems you've described here.

Shit. Now I need an attorney to get laid? Anyway - As thickblond mentioned the short notice ones seem to have better success in my experience.
