RIP Joe Cocker

It is a sad day indeed. He lived in my neck of the woods but kept to himself. RIP Joe!

TinMan, funny you mention Mad Dogs and Englishmen. I wore that albumn out when I was 12-14 years old. Just couldn't get enough of it. And still listen to my new digital versions of it. But I must have listened to it a thousand times growing up.

I discovered that album fairly late in life, although I've had an appreciation for Joe much longer. It's cool to keep discovering gems like this long after I've thought I'd heard all the great albums of my time.
