He follows them from known hooker strolls after watching them pick up known hookers. There's not much chance that he is interrupting casual lovers doing it for fun.

I kind of felt for the guy when he first started. He said he was trying to get the hookers out of the local neighborhoods. He has TONS of videos of women strolling near residences, and people having sex in cars near parks where children are. He shot video of the *piles* of condoms and needles around the common parking spaces.

However there have been numerous examples where girls have said he paid them to notify him when they were picked up, and for directing clients to parking areas where he is waiting for them. The cops have frequently asked him to stop, for his own safety and the safety of the girls and johns.

I am surprised that no one has taken their lawful wife, dressed her in a sluttish way, and had sex with her only to get caught by this guy. When he posts his video then you can sue his ass for insinuating that your lovely wife was a ......hooker. The public sex thing is something else entirely but maybe on your own property if you're a business owner???
