I want to know what you think is the best/cheapest during workout drink? Now sometimes I have a regular great meal prework so only drink water then if its a hour or less.
If I eat light for a hard/heavy and long session! That's what I'm looking for. I destest the gram bars(any bar to much sugar). I used a soy/whey protein/ Gatorade shake in the past but its been a while.
