I believe that the ladies can see the reviews, except for ROS. They can have reviews linked to their profile, so they can give us guys a better chance of selecting them. To have the posts section put off limits to them would require some extra security protocols added and since the moderators are keeping an eye out for ladies posting there I don't think its a big deal. The issue I believe is to protect those few providers who would want to comment on the ROS to "clarify" things and end up getting into a fight over a review, which can only hurt the provider. Just my two cents here.
