There has to be a line somewhere and an international border that has different laws, currency and a checkpoint seems like a reasonable place to do so. The Canadian ladies can still advertise here; what's so difficult about checking another forum when you want to cross a border? It would help everyone if provider location were listed in the title of the review anyhow.
