Don't get me wrong.. I understand the "handout backlash" mentality. But if she legit wants out and is legit going home (meaning, I buy her a non-refundable ticket) then I fail to see why anyone would want a reduced or discounted session from someone who may very well not want to provide at all anymore.

Likely not. Which is why my offer came with certain conditions. I've done this sort of thing to help out before, but I don't do it blindly. Some requests are legit, others are a thinly veiled scam attempt.

This may be another case of give me, give me and see just who falls for trap....

Well she's had several reviews over the last approximate week or so, making between $200-$300 an hour. So, sounds like she may have more cash laying around than most of us do.

Do not rent a room in your house if:

Does not include their phone number after initial contact and keep emailing only
Does not want you to do a background check
Does not have money for deposit and full month rent
Does not have 2 proper IDs
Does not have a good work history
has been previously evicted
Will trade work for rent( they will not do work and you will not be able to evict them without court)
will stay home all day(your utility bills will skyrocket )
if they say " someone will stay the night occasionally " means someone will be there all the time
People with pictures of large dogs laying on the bed or the couch(it'll be your bed and couch)
People with any kind of felony on their record( your house will be registered as a sex offender )
people that promise to pay as soon as they get a job
women with children( you will end up watching their kids and babysit, they will eat your food too)
People with no transportation( you will give rides )
People with disabilities( they will not contribute in cleaning house, they might not be able to do anything
Women out of abusive relationships( they will bring drama and their ex's to your house)
young people love to party and love friends coming over(do not believe that they keep to themselves)

I was looking at the same thing since 1-6-15 merely 11 days she's made $980 that we know of- no telling if she's made more from guys who don't post reviews. This has SCAM written all over it- if she blew nearly a grand in 11 days- she has issues.
